But what if your landlord decides to increase the rent unfairly or randomly? As per the provisions enlisted in the Sharjah Law No. 2 of 2007 on Regulating the Relationship Between Landlord and Tenant in the Emirate of Sharjah, a landlord can legally increase the rent only after completing at least three years of the tenancy contract <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sharjah<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any further increments in the rent can only be implemented after the completion of another two years of the tenancy contract Sharjah.
