The Dubai Real Estate Company (DREC) came into existence by the joint venture of two government entities in 2007. And in 2008, a separate firm altogether emerged to manage DREC’s asset portfolio, which was none other than Wasl Asset Management Group, otherwise known as Wasl. Wasl Properties handles a vast real estate portfolio that includes more than 47,000 residential and commercial properties inside the emirate of Dubai.

Wasl Properties caters to different sectors in their portfolio of services, including lease services for residential villas and apartments, and commercial properties like shops, staff quarters, office space and light industrial and warehousing units across Dubai. They have aesthetically articulated the apartment so that we as a resident, can use maximum space as per our needs, be it space to accommodate extra people or have a chill party at home.
