This is a great area to live in. We have resided in Liwa Tower in Sharjah for two months. The quality and maintenance of the structure may be enhanced because issues crop up frequently. We have had many air conditioning issues, bathroom water leaks and floor separation on balconies during the last two months. The level of construction may be higher.
