Raymond Khouzami has been the co-founder and chief executive officer of Al Thuriah since its founding in 1996. He is responsible for setting the strategy and vision of the company. He leads the overall strategic development, management, and growth opportunities of the company. Under his leadership, Al Thuriah has grown from a small firm to a well-known company with over 1500 employees and 3000 clients.
Khouzami graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Structures.

Georges Khouzami is the chief operating officer at Al Thuriah. He has held the position of COO since graduating in 2011. He manages the company’s day-to-day operations and ensures they are efficient, effective, and aligned with their business strategy. He ensures that financial and operating goals are being met.
Georges Khouzami graduated with a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He has also earned management certificates from Bureau Veritas and Dubai Real Estate Institute. He is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
Omar Khouzami is the General Manager of Al Thuriah. He is responsible for making strategic decisions, ensuring overall quality, and overseeing building progress and finances. He is also responsible for building good relationships with clients and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Omar holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the American University of Beirut. He also has a minor in Construction Management from the same university.
Hassan Hammoud is the Chief Financial Officer at Al Thuriah. He is responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, consulting, mergers and acquisitions, optimising capital structure, and forecasting. He joined Al Thuriah in April 2008 and has been instrumental in its growth into an international corporation.
Hammoud holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Beirut Arab University. He has over 27 years of experience in different sectors and has used that experience to grow Al Thuriah.
