Al Rawdah Al Sharqiyah is a stunning destination for those seeking an affordable lifestyle. The rental properties available on the island are very spacious and reasonable. I bought a two-bedroom apartment, and I’m so happy I got the deal at the best rates.
Unfortunately, few leisure spots are available to unwind after a hectic work week. Even though the apartments and villas are good, having more recreational activities would be nice.
The best thing about the area is the calm atmosphere and recreational activities. Other than that, it is tough to live here as all the amenities are only basic and others are in the neighbouring localities.
The property was available at such a reasonable and affordable rate that I couldn’t stop investing in a real estate property here. A cool and calm environment is far from the city centre, which is perfect!
