1. Online Application: Start by completing the online application form provided by the school. Ensure all details are accurate to prevent issues later on.
2. Assessment Fee: Pay the AED 500 assessment fee online. This fee is crucial to proceed with the admission process.
3. Age Consideration: Note that admission is determined by your child's age on August 31st, especially for schools beginning in September. This accommodates students transferring from systems with different age requirements.
4. Required Documents: Be prepared to submit the following documents:

• • Student's passport
  • Student's unified number (for Emiratis)
  • Student's residence visa (for expatriates)
  • Student's Emirates ID copy (both sides)
  • Student's birth certificate
  • Immunization record
  • Sponsor's passport copy
  • Sponsor's residence visa
  • Parents or sponsor's Emirates ID card copy
  • Family book (for Emiratis)
  • Passport-sized photograph of the student
  • Previous two-year school reports (for Grade 1 to Grade 12 admission)
  • Transfer certificate

5. Application Fee: Alongside the assessment fee, be ready to pay an additional AED 500 as the application fee.
6. Outcome Notification After the assessment, Ajman Academy will inform parents of the results within five to seven working days. The possible outcomes are:

• • Not accepted
  • Re-assessment
  • Placed on a waiting list
  • Conditional offer
  • Confirmed offer

7. Confirmed Offer Requirements For candidates with a confirmed offer, parents must submit the necessary documents for registration with the Ministry of Education. These documents include:

• • Residence Visa
  • Copy of the sponsor's/parent's passport and visa
  • Medical records
  • Transfer certificate

8. Transfer Certificate: The transfer certificate must display your child's details, the school's name, the date of admission, and the date of departure. It should be on the school's official letterhead with the principal's signature. Certificates issued outside the UAE need to be attested by:

• • Ministry of Education (in your home country)
  • UAE Embassy (in your home country)
  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Dubai)

Other Charges

Note: Payment options for fees include cash, cheque, and bank transfer. The registration fee cannot be changed or refunded. Also, the tuition fees are excluded from other service charges such as school catering service, uniforms,  transport service, extra-curricular activities, and school trips.

Affordable Rates We understand the importance of affordability. Our transportation charges are as follows:

• AED 5,000 per year for areas within Ajman.
• AED 6,000 per year for areas outside Ajman.
