About Falcon City of Wonders
Falcon City of Wonders is a significant residential development in Dubai's most affluent neighbourhood, Dubailand. Salem Ahmad AlMoosa Companies formed Falconcity of Wonders LLC, a privately held company, to launch it in 2005.
The signature theme park, commercial facilities, sports venues, leisure and recreational activities, and educational institutions are all included in the master plan for this new development, along with recreations of the world's seven wonders. The Falcon City of Wonders will be home to 30,000 residential properties of various sizes and designs, perfect for investors and residents.
The mega project by Salem Ahmad AlMoosa Enterprises is built on 42-million-square-foot land, which is in the shape of a Falcon. As per the master plan, the Falcon City of Wonders project is home to around 20 sub-communities, and the residential plots will be spread over 1.3 million square feet. The villas and townhouses will be a part of the Falcon's wings, and the project primarily has four themes in residences - Andalusia, Aegean, New World and Santa Fe.
All the residential properties, irrespective of design and architecture, will have room configurations varying from three, four, and five bedrooms. Apart from residential properties, the project will feature commercial properties as well. The project is under construction, and over 600 residential homes have been built.

The international-themed sub-communities in the project are Western Residence North and South and Eastern Residence North and South. All these four sub-communities are a part of the second phase of the development process. Apart from all the residential communities and commercial facilities, the mega-project includes a recreation of life-sized seven wonders of the world, which are the Dubai Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Taj Arabia, the Leaning Tower of Dubai, the Dubai Great Wall, Dueffiel Tower, and popular cities, like London, New York, Rome, Venice, Old Dubai and Beirut.

Falcon City of Wonders presents an excellent option for those searching for expensive, exquisite housing options in Dubai. The locality presents ample floor plans and layouts of the residences, and I was amazed. Additionally, the Community is an ideal location for families due to its proximity to various amenities, such as schools and grocery stores.
I have always lived in a fast-paced environment, and it started to take a toll on me, so I moved to the charming town of Falcon City of Wonders. There are few leisure spots here, but they can be accessed within a short drive. However, the neighbourhood is developing, so there isn’t much to offer, but I am sure it will be one of the best localities in Dubai once the development is finished.
The Community is safe and perfect for families, with parks and playgrounds for kids to enjoy. Moreover, there is a community hall where the residents meet for events and festivities. It has a nice, family-friendly vibe here.
I know it is temporary, but I don’t know when the development will be finished. It started in 2005, and only a part of the development is finished. The locality has so many disturbances, and it is frustrating to hear drilling and other noises. Moreover, the pollution and dust are so high. I hope the development is finished soon, so I can enjoy the amenities as the developers have promised.
As a real estate investor, I have invested my money in Falcon City of Wonders with high hopes that my investment will yield higher and better returns. I have studied everything about the project and am assured all the investment in the locality will be worthwhile.
