Falcon City of Wonders is a significant residential development in Dubai's most affluent neighbourhood, Dubailand. Salem Ahmad AlMoosa Companies formed Falconcity of Wonders LLC, a privately held company, to launch it in 2005.
The signature theme park, commercial facilities, sports venues, leisure and recreational activities, and educational institutions are all included in the master plan for this new development, along with recreations of the world's seven wonders. The Falcon City of Wonders will be home to 30,000 residential properties of various sizes and designs, perfect for investors and residents.
The mega project by Salem Ahmad AlMoosa Enterprises is built on 42-million-square-foot land, which is in the shape of a Falcon. As per the master plan, the Falcon City of Wonders project is home to around 20 sub-communities, and the residential plots will be spread over 1.3 million square feet. I have always lived in a fast-paced environment, and it started to take a toll on me, so I moved to the charming town of Falcon City of Wonders. There are few leisure spots here, but they can be accessed within a short drive. However, the neighbourhood is developing, so there isn’t much to offer, but I am sure it will be one of the best localities in Dubai once the development is finished.

I know it is temporary, but I don’t know when the development will be finished. It started in 2005, and only a part of the development is finished. The locality has so many disturbances, and it is frustrating to hear drilling and other noises. Moreover, the pollution and dust are so high.
