Ratings and Reviews
All the communities provide the best residential properties in Dubai. It was one of the daunting tasks to choose one residential unit out of many options. However, we did not require many rooms, so we bought a three-bedroom villa in the Saheel community. The surroundings are tranquil, and the atmosphere is nice here compared to the city centre.
I was tired of looking for a community where the schools were nearby. I found the locality with a school, but the rental prices of the community were pricey. Moreover, we didn’t need that many rooms and amenities. After days of internet crawling, I found the best three-bedroom villa at nominal rent. Arabian Ranches is one of the best communities for families with young children.
Arabian Ranches offers the best residential units with ample features but is far from the city centre. I frequently have to travel to Business Bay and World Trade Center for meetings and conferences, and it becomes hectic to travel there. Moreover, the metro stations are not even nearby. I would not recommend Arabian Ranches if you frequently travel to Dubai’s city centre.
The golf homes in Arabian Ranches are the best. I recently bagged a great deal on the golf homes and am satisfied with the amount I invested in this house. It is gorgeous! I feel lucky that I did not let the opportunity slip out of my hand because the surroundings are safe, the interiors are elegantly luxurious, and the golf course is nearby; what more could I ask for?
Everything was perfectly fine when I moved into my four-bedroom townhouse in Arabian Ranches. However, after a few months of moving in, I started to see problems like the wallpaper peeling off and the ventilation system not working properly. After calling my landlord tons of times, he resolved all the issues. So, before buying any property, please inspect the property. Everything is good here; otherwise!
