Ratings and Reviews
I recently bought a commercial cum residential apartment Downtown. Buying a property Downtown was a wise decision as the area always provides living convenience and value. Due to its many integrated services and amenities, the neighbourhood has many benefits over the rest of the city areas.
Downtown Dubai is a sophisticated and bustling neighbourhood in which we have been living here for three years. However, Downtown Dubai can be quite noisy due to the constant presence of people and vehicles on the streets. This might not be appropriate for people who prefer a calmer environment. The evening hours, ranging from 5 to 9 PM, are the most troublesome as you can constantly hear the loud honking noises from the busy streets.
Living in Downtown Dubai has several benefits, including a great location. Being in the city’s geographic centre means you are never far from your place of business, where to buy, eat, have fun, and more. Additionally, I can conveniently travel to my office in Business Bay as the area has some of the best transport connections in the entire city, making commuting simple.
Since Downtown Dubai is one of the most well-liked areas for people from all lifestyles, living here provides access to a lively and diverse community lifestyle. My family often participates in specialised events and activities here, such as art exhibitions, festivals, etc.
Despite being a commercial and residential hub in Dubai, Downtown Dubai is quite heavy on the pocket. We recently shifted to the neighbourhood and found the restaurants, cafes, and other amenities quite expensive. Although some options are more reasonably priced, this neighbourhood still caters to upper-class residents.
