Good investment opportunities.
I invest in a lot of real estates, and I have been buying properties and selling them for profit for a considerable amount of time now. When I bought an apartment in Al Safa, I bought a fully furnished flat to rent it out as well. However, I was shocked when I compared the price and amenities I was getting in exchange for it. Safe to say, it is a complete value for your money.

Lot of green spaces
I live here with family – my husband and two kids. I must say Al Safa has a lot of outdoor green spaces and parks for kids to go and play. I regularly take my kids there to play, and sometimes our whole family even goes for picnics on the weekends; it is a wholesome and fun experience.

Great places to eat here

High cost of living
Though it is a great place to settle and live and the standard of living is also great, with all these perks comes the higher cost of living. Everything here is expensive, and it would create pressure to make ends meet if you want to have a decent lifestyle

Traffic congestion and noise pollution

To top it all, there is limited parking space, and it is almost impossible to find a parking spot when you go out.
