Ratings and Reviews
We spent ten years residing in Motor City. This kind of community is not present in any part of Dubai. It’s quite nicely maintained and green. The flats are spacious, which is crucial to avoid feeling cramped as in some other buildings in other cities. One of its main drawbacks is the absence of any contemporary metro links in Motor City. However, it has a bus service that serves only a few destinations.
This location made me appreciate Motor City in Dubai. Our apartment has a fantastic view. Everything has a calming effect — the air is so clean, the birds are chirping, etc. I feel at home when I get back from work. During race days, if your property is adjacent to the Dubai Autodrome, you could occasionally hear the loud engines of those supercars. Although manageable, sound levels shouldn’t discourage you.
We just relocated here and are thrilled that we chose Motor City. Families with young children, like ours, should choose this location. Everything is in this location and is accessible, even with a stroller. The developer and maintenance firm must be more proactive about maintaining their community. Therefore, you must pursue them to get your work done. Also, rents have increased recently.
Living in Motor City enables me to enjoy a serene lifestyle. It has trees and is calm, and I can hear birds, making me feel close to nature. Security is excellent. The streets are free of traffic congestion. But maintenance is now a problem. Some owners are renting out their apartments without proper maintenance.
I give Motor City and Norton Court a total rating of 4.2 stars because our family loves living here so much. Yes, it’s a little out of the way from the city, the apartment’s finishing could be better, and the gym needs to be bigger for an effective workout. However, our one-bedroom apartment is ideal for a small family, and the balcony offers stunning views of the neighbourhood gardens.
