When I first learned about various communities in Mina Al Arab, and what they offered, I was intrigued to invest in real estate here. I was amazed when I contacted the dealer and went to the location. The views were mesmerising. Choosing between the two was tough, but I chose a gorgeous villa in the Malibu community. One of the best properties in my portfolio!
Apart from breathtaking views, it is a great locality, as the people here are extremely lovable and helpful. Also, there are a lot of basic amenities for the people which are of superior international standards. I love it here!
Mina Al Arab is fairly expensive. When I was travelling and visiting here, my general expenses increased compared to the other localities I visited. However, the location of this community is very beautiful, it is on the seaside, and there are various breathtaking views. Perfect for holidays and vacation purposes.
The weather here is always unbearably hot. The average day temperature goes up to 38 to 42 degrees, and if the heat doesn’t suit you, staying here would be very tough. Also, the public transportation here is limited as you have to wait quite a long if you do not have a personal vehicle for the buses to arrive and for you to traverse from one place to another, which is quite irritating and exhausting.
