Step 1: Online Application Form

In order to begin the admissions process at SIS-Ruwais, parents are required to complete and submit the student online application form on the official website. Alongside the application, you will be required to provide certain documents:

Step 3: Admission Decisions

Step 4: Non-Selective Admission Policy

The SABIS Educational System serves to be academically oriented without being highly selective. The criteria for acceptance are based on academics, not only on age. Although age functions as a partly limiting factor, three-year age ranges can exist in the same class.

There are no academic criteria for acceptance into levels KG and G 1 (3 to 5 years of age). Prospective students at these levels are interviewed, should be toilet-trained, and must be able to follow basic instructions.

All other students take diagnostic tests in their main subjects. These tests help examine the minimum academic standards that need to be met. The school then makes final placement decisions but can resort to various approaches to help raise students to the required level. For instance, there is the option of attending summer school or extra classes in a subject.
