How to Apply for West Yas Academy, Abu Dhabi - Step-by-Step Process

Admission in the West Yas Academy, just like in all other academies that come under the aegis of the Aldar Academies schools, gives admission on a first-come-first-serve basis and it accepts applications from all. To gain admission to West Yas Academy, follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1 – Fill out the Online Enquiry Form

The first step is filling out the online inquiry form, after which the official Parent Relation Executive of this school will contact you in two business days to assist you in completing the admission process.

Step 2 – Take a School Tour

The school leadership encourages you to book a school tour with the senior leadership. It is important that, as parents, you learn about all the opportunities that are prevalent for your child in the environment and understand the facilities that are available in the school.

Step 3 – Start with the Registration Process

Once you are satisfied with the resources and environment, you can start the registration process by completing the application form. You must fill in the correct information and credentials. Within two days, you may get a call about the assessment that you must bring your child for.

Step 4 – Accept the Admission Offer

If your child clears the assessment, you must accept the admission offer, and secure a seat for your child by submitting the registration fee within 48 hours result.

Step 5 – Submit the Important Documents

At the time of registration, you must submit important documents:

  • Submit the acceptance letter
  • Submit a copy of the child’s birth certificate and passport-size pictures
  • Submit proof of registration and or tuition fee paid
  • Submit a copy of the child’s Emirate ID card and the passport of the candidate and parents
  • You must show a document proof of address
  • If your child is not an Emirati or a citizen of GCC countries or a diplomat, you must submit a copy of the residence visa of the candidate and parents

Transportation Facility at West Yas Academy Abu Dhabi

School transport is provided to students who live far from the school. West Yas Academy has outsourced the school transport services to Emirates Transport, an ADEK-approved contractor that manages the fleet of air-conditioned buses with safety and security features. Drivers and conductors are well-trained and fully comply with the Department of Transport Abu Dhabi.

The cost per year for a return journey is approximately 5,000 AED but it varies upon distance and number of children travelling. It is also subject to change.
