Ratings and Reviews

Tanya Das
Fewer amenities available in the region

Being a resident of Al Faqa, I have mixed emotions regarding the village. There are certain disadvantages to living in Al Faqa. There are few amenities in the region. Thus residents must frequently drive to other cities to obtain basic requirements. Occasionally, the town can feel isolated, making it difficult to meet new people or socialise outside of the community.

Shruti Auplish
Very limited entertainment facilities are available

On the one hand, it is a lovely and distinctive region that provides a glimpse of traditional Emirati culture. The desert vistas are breathtaking, and the people are warm and welcoming. The town is relatively small, and its services and activities are restricted. Visitors should be prepared to bring their supplies and entertainment, as the town offers limited options.

Closeness to many amenities

Now that I have lived in Al Faqa for a year, it is a happy neighbourhood. The location is ideal because Al Ain and Abu Dhabi are nearby. The proximity to groceries, schools, and hospitals makes it handy for my family to live here. It is difficult to commute without a car due to the lack of public transportation.

Yusuf Omar
Great place with good food availability

The beaches are somewhat distant, but the trip is usually worthwhile. The food at the neighbourhood restaurants was excellent, and the shopping was convenient due to the abundance of malls around. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Al Faqa and suggest it as a holiday destination.

A great place to call home

As a resident of Al Faqa, I’ve enjoyed living in this neighbourhood. The surrounding desert scenery is breathtaking, and the neighbourhood is close-knit and welcoming. People here have a great feeling of community and are always prepared to provide a helping hand.

Even though the town is small, sufficient amenities and services suit the residents’ basic needs. In addition to a mosque and a school, the city boasts different amenities, which are very beneficial for all the residents.
