I loved my experience living in Nasma Residences. The townhouse is beautifully designed and has ample space for my family. There is a kid’s play area and a lush green garden where children can always play.
Nasma Residences is a good place to live for families. The community is well-maintained and has all the necessary facilities. My only suggestion would be to increase the security measures in the community.
The villa is decent, but the maintenance could be better. I am living on rent, but some issues always come up. Tap leakage issues, drainage issues, strange smells, and whatnot. I had to call the owner several times to repair the issues. It is a relief when everything is fixed.
I moved to Nisma Residences after reading about the gorgeous townhouses at reasonable rents, but it is far from the city centre. I had to spend an entire hour driving to reach my workplace. Eventually, I had to move because driving from the workplace to home was exhausting. Overall, the villa was good.
I recently moved to Nasma Residences and have had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, and the community is well-maintained. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the apartment and the facilities provided.
