GIIS implements the Global Montessori Plus curriculum for Kindergarten. For grades 1-12, the CBSE curriculum is followed. The following subjects are offered according to different sections:

Admission and Fees

How to Apply for Global Indian International School, Abu Dhabi: A Step-by-Step Process

You can follow the steps given below to facilitate the enrollment process:

Step 1: Online Enquiry Form

Parents can begin by filling out the Enquiry Form on the school website. Upon review, school counsellors will be in contact with parents to continue the process.

Step 2: Assessment

After submitting the form, parents will need to schedule an assessment for their child. For KG students, an in-person assessment will take place. For Grades 1 - 12, the assessment can be conducted either online or in person.

Step 3: Provisional Admission Registration Fee

After the assessment is completed, the school will charge a registration fee of AED 500 to confirm the registration.

Step 4: Document Verification and Payment of the Tuition Fee

Parents will be required to pay the tuition fee and submit the following documents:

  • Student's Emirates ID
  • Student's Passport
  • Student's Residence Visa
  • Student's Immunisation/Health Record
  • Student's Photograph: Soft Copies
  • Student's Birth Certificate
  • Promoted Transfer Certificate with attestation. A Transfer Certificate is mandatory for Grades 2 and above. The original attested Transfer Certificate is to be submitted at the school.
  • Other Countries: Transfer Certificate attestation by the Embassy of that country and the UAE (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
  • GCC Countries: Transfer Certificate stamped by the Ministry of Education from the previous country of residence
  • Final Report Card of the previous grade attended
  • Grade 8 students and above Good Conduct/Character Certificate along with Ministerial Decision - 883 Undertaking Form
  • Grade 10 and 12 students: CBSE/ICSE Board Registration Card, Request Letter from parent for seeking admission
