calm and serene surroundings
I would recommend this tranquil neighbourhood of Al Mafraq to those considering relocating to Shakhbout City. Our newest house provides all the advantages of comfortable living in Abu Dhabi, including abundant amenities and spacious rooms. The society is a little secluded due to its position being further from the main metropolis since this area is still developing, and there may be some ongoing development. Yet, a quick drive gets us to nearby areas with upscale restaurants, shopping complexes, and beaches.

construction sounds are a hassle
Our villa at Al Mafraq is spacious and boasts top equipment and furnishings. However, one disadvantage of staying in an isolated neighbourhood is that the construction noises often go out of hand due to the active projects nearby. Overall, it is ideal for families with children with leading schools, tuition institutions, and playgrounds nearby.

Hassle-free parking facilities, but transportation is an issue
I was thrilled to stay at my paradise house in Al Mafraq. The neighbourhood is ideal for closely-knit families and promotes multiculturalism since several residents relocate here from south Asian countries. Our villa has a private garage with optimum parking space. Even if we have a guest arrive at our place, the vast roads and streets are sufficient for parking vehicles. However, finding frequent modes of public transportation is a problem since the development is a bit secluded from the main city.
