We have lived at Al Khaznah for two years and have never felt this peaceful. However, it is important to note that Al Khaznah is renowned for its agriculture. As a result, there are few public transport options and enjoyable amenities, such as shopping malls, are fairly remote. The government is now attempting to upgrade the system for collecting rainwater too. But frequent commuters like me will face problems travelling.
My house in Al Khaznah is surrounded by lush greenery. My villa includes a private garden and walks with the Community Park and farms. Our proposals for cycling and walking trails are also in the works to improve connection and promote a healthy lifestyle. The best parks in Al Ain, including Al Jimi Park and Al Ain Ladies Park, are accessible to residents as well.
One thing I love the most about Al Khaznah is its affordability. The area has a lower cost of living than other significant UAE cities. Everything here is reasonably priced, making life easy on your wallet, from housing to the cost of living. The neighbourhood is famous for its date palms and greenery and has natural beauty, lush parks, and gardens. We often visit the city of Al Ain, boasting several parks. One of them is the Al Ain Oasis, a UNESCO World Heritage site that offers a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Large families with children like mine should consider Al Khaznah since it provides a secure atmosphere for kids to grow up in. Numerous notable universities, daycare centres, and schools are located in the city. There are also many family-friendly activities and events to keep everyone occupied.
My house at Al Khaznah is a peaceful and secluded escape from city life. The area offers fewer entertainment alternatives than other cities in the UAE. The shopping environment is still emerging, and the nightlife is rather calm. But since Abu Dhabi is only 90 minutes away by car, there are many possibilities for a weekend vacation.
