The neighbourhood provides a wealth of shared amenities like developed roads and footpaths, parks, and open areas. The limited supermarkets in the region are the only drawback. However, the neighbourhood offers small grocery stores nearby.
Living in the residential district of Al Masoudi has been a dream come true for us as our apartment is conveniently close to several eating joints and tourist attractions for leisure time. However, individuals who intend to relocate to Al Masoudi should rely on private transportation as the region’s public transit network has not yet been established. One needs to walk until the closest bus stop is at Al Qattarah, a nearby community.
Investing in an apartment at Al Masoudi was our best decision. The neighbourhood provides ample amenities to the residents and has plenty of parking places. Our apartment had a designated parking spot, but private properties have a garage for one or two automobiles. Since the area is still developing, visitors can use street parking outside the residential apartments.

The locality of Al Masoudi was a blessing as it is a prestigious residential neighbourhood with a wealth of shared amenities. We found a spacious and affordable apartment in East Al Masoudi that is well-connected to nearby beaches and supermarkets and offers serene community views of open areas.
