The location is excellent, Bawat Al Sharq Mall and other amenities like grocery stores and well-care centres are all in the vicinity.
Bawabat Al Sharq offers affordable housing options with the best services and exquisite facilities. Bawat Al Sharq Mall is just the opposite, catering to everyday needs while providing a lush dining and shopping experience. It is dotted with retail stores and delectable cuisine restaurants. The only drawback is that during peak hours, there is traffic congestion.
I have been living in Baniyas district near Bawabat Al Sharq mall for about 2 years. The independent villas are spacious and expensive but are crafted with the finest qualities and lavish amenities. The beautiful surroundings, leisure spaces and panoramic views are perfect for family living.
