Step 1: Online Application 

To begin the admissions process at Kings’ School, parents must complete a short enquiry form available on the official website. Upon successful submission, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email. Within 2 working days, an enrolment specialist will contact you to brief you about the application process. 

Step 2: Application and Document Submission

You’ll receive login details for the parent registration portal. You have to upload the required documents and pay a non-refundable amount of AED 500 + VAT online. 

The next step is to submit the following documents:

  • Copy of the child’s passport and resilience visa
  • Copy of the birth certificate
  • A copy of the child’s Emirates ID 
  • Coloured copy of both parent's passports
  • Copy of both parents’ visas
  • Copy of both parents’ Emirates ID
  • Four recent passport-size photos of the child
  • Copy of the child’s latest school report
  • If applying to secondary school, previous two- or three-year reports are required.
  • Learning support documentation (if applicable)
  • Leaving certificate from current school if transferring from outside Dubai

Step 3: Assessment

Depending on your availability, you next have to book an assessment date. The assessment details are as follows:

  • FS1 and FS2: Play-based observational learning. The child’s ability to communicate, follow instructions, and interact is checked.
  • Years 1–2: A teacher-led assessment is done.
  • Years 3–6: Students have to take a computer-based cognitive ability test. The test takes approximately two hours. 

The result of the assessment is given in a little while, and the successful applicants receive an offer letter. The letter is valid for only ten days from receipt. You can secure the seat by paying 25% of the annual school fees online.
