I had the opportunity to visit the Ras al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and was blown away by the beauty of the place. Home to over 270 species of birds, the sanctuary is a true haven for bird watchers and nature enthusiasts alike. If you love to find an apartment close to nature, then Ras Al Khor presents the best opportunities!
I just looked at the various properties in Ras al Khor and was blown away by the huge apartments, townhouses, and villas. The well-designed properties provide enough living space, making them ideal for large families or individuals. However, most are available in the Industrial Area across Ras Al Khor.
Ras Al Khor is constructing the next tallest building in the world, Dubai Creek Tower. Its height is estimated to be 828 m (2,716 feet) which is taller than Burj Khalifa. However, the construction is put on hold, and if you visit the area, there is the foundation and a little bit more construction.
So many major roadways surround the Ras Al Khor area; there is always traffic! It is a good thing that my apartment is inside the Community. Otherwise, it would have been difficult to live on the verge of the Community nearby the major roadways with a lot of traffic and noise pollution.
I had visited Ras Al Khor during my apartment hunting, but there weren’t many residential options vacant or available for rent. There were a variety of apartments, but all of them were occupied. Thankfully, several options were available in the nearby Industrial Area at a nominal range. Moreover, it is good because no good schools are available in Ras Al Khor, and I have to send them at a far distance, which doesn’t make sense.
