The nicest feature of this area is how well-connected it is. A decent frequency of buses connects us to every part of Dubai, and we have two or three bus stations. We also have the choice of using readily accessible taxis. Along with a large park with a separate area for kids, we also have a community centre with salons, gyms, prayer rooms, supermarkets, mosques, schools, and health centres. Overall, this location is quite secure and welcoming to families.

I have been staying in the area for the past 2 years now. The security is uncompromised. There are usually children playing in the apartment premises unsupervised. We are spoiled for choice regarding the convenience of supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, etc.. I think the traffic caused by current development is the sole drawback.
