It’s perfect for the two of us, and the Burj Khalifa is visible from our balcony, which is the best part. Also, all basic amenities are available. The only drawback is that traffic congestion during peak hours can lead to delays in reaching places.
I’ve been a resident of this neighbourhood for about six years. The neighbourhood is ideal for foreigners living with their families. Due to the inexpensive apartment rent compared to other localities, Asians make up most of the ex-pat population. However, it can get too noisy during the day due to commercial buildings a short distance away. There is minimal greenery and few shops and restaurants near our building.
We can easily access various supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals and metro stations within walking distance from Al Nahda Grand Residence, which is strategically located behind Zulkekha Hospital Al Qusais. The structure is perfectly constructed and includes parquet flooring and other amenities. However, the annual rent is too much. This would have been a more affordable location if the prices had been a bit lower.
Al Qusais is a little cheaper than other places. Additionally, there are plenty of stores and eateries nearby. I live in a one-bedroom apartment that is spacious and makes me happy.
