Emaar has done an excellent job with Camelia, and I am very impressed with this community. I bought a 3 BHK home here about two years ago. We have really enjoyed all its facilities. The homes are very elegantly designed, and there is great space available. The best part is the friendly character of the community. All the neighbours are very warm, and there is a positive environment throughout the community.
Properties built in Camelia are very spacious. You can choose between multiple configurations, but all of them ensure maximum space utilisation. For example, along with vast interiors, we also get big backyards that provide great space to relax together as a family. Houses also have large balconies and windows, which always keep the homes well-lit. It is definitely a good choice if space is someone’s primary concern.
From the moment I stepped into this community, I felt welcomed. Everyone here is very cordial, respectful, and friendly. There are regular neighbourhood gatherings that make it easy to meet new people and create lasting friendships. The green landscapes also impressed me very much. They complement the overall ambience of this community and really uplift the overall experience of living here.
One of the best parts about Camelia is that it balances the needs of residents very well. When staying at home, you get amazing amenities like a swimming pool, backyard, and barbecue area. When going to work, you can easily access the Emirates Road, Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street, and Al Qudra Road. Bus and metro services are also comfortably accessible. So whether you want to enjoy yourself with your family or go to work without stress, both can be comfortably done.
