Ratings and Reviews
I recently had the opportunity of seeing Legacy homes, and I must say that I was highly pleased. The villas and townhouses are meticulously created with an eye for detail and functionality. The wide layouts and high-end finishes provide a comfortable and pleasant living environment.
After living in Legacy for several years, I can confidently declare that it is one of the greatest communities in Dubai. It’s a great area to live in because of the family-friendly attitude, peaceful and safe surroundings, and plenty of green space.
After exploring the culinary options in Legacy, I can conclude that it has a good selection of restaurants and cafés. While there aren’t as many alternatives as in other regions of Dubai, some excellent restaurants still exist.
As a Legacy resident, I have mixed sentiments regarding the community’s surroundings. On the one hand, the neighbourhood is well-kept, with several nice parks and green areas. Yet, there are a few environmental issues that must be addressed. One of the most serious challenges is the number of buildings in the region.
In my opinion, traffic is one of the most serious challenges in the region. The roadways can get extremely crowded at peak hours, making entering and exiting the neighbourhood difficult.
