This past year in Mira Oasis 3 has been one of the best of my life. The neighbourhood is well-kept, secure, and quiet. It’s simple to go for a nighttime stroll or exercise thanks to the well-maintained common areas. The community is family-friendly, and my family didn’t have a tough time blending with the surroundings.
The thing I don’t like about Mira Oasis 3 is that there is limited transportation. Can you imagine only one bus traversing through the entire Reem community? The Reem neighbourhood is developing, and the transport authorities should increase the transport routes here.
Mira Oasis 3 provides a handful of recreational and leisure activities; however, we cannot ignore the fact it is far away from hospitals which is a con for the neighbourhood. What if someone needs immediate hospitalisation during an emergency? Time and distance play an important role in emergencies; every second matters. So, the neighbourhood should have healthcare facilities to access it easily.
I understand that maintenance charges are essential to upkeep the residential community; however, there are excessive charges here. Mira Oasis 3 is a beautiful neighbourhood with tons of facilities. The maintenance rates should lower a little bit.
