Several newly constructed apartments and villas are available in Villanova. We recently bought a two-bedroom apartment here. The apartment is very spacious, with all the latest amenities. However, it becomes very difficult to get the basic requirements here. We travel to Dubai for all our shopping needs which becomes very hectic and tiresome.
Villanova is a small town destination near Dubai. Several housing options are available here, but it is still under development and does not have various amenities. However, it is peaceful here with all the lush green parks and serene surroundings.
Villanova has villas of all sizes, from two to five-bedroom apartments. It makes it easier for both the nuclear and the joint families to get their dream house, which is spacious and fits their budget.
Being a Hindu, I prefer visiting a temple daily in my hometown. However, since I have shifted to Villanova, the closest temple is about 30 minutes away. It has been a major setback for me, and most of the time, goes travelling.
Several popular destinations nearby Villanova include parks, pools, and museums. Every weekend I travel to a new destination using public transport here, and I have been having a wonderful time.
