I’m pleased I finally got to see the Umm Hurair. Breathtaking scenery can be found here. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the neighbourhood. Apart from gorgeous scenes, the apartments are perfect as well. I got a one-bedroom apartment at an affordable rent.
With my fondness for the ocean and its shores, I hoped to find a home nearby the waterfront community. However, given the real estate condition, getting a waterfront residential unit was a little tough. However, after browsing the properties, I found the perfect apartment nearby Dubai Creek. Although it is not the ocean, it still fulfils my wish to have a residential unit nearby water.
The best thing about Umm Hurair 1 residential community is that all the amenities are nearby. With young children, it is tough to travel far distances to get groceries and daily essentials. Moreover, the hospital is nearby, so getting an appointment with a doctor is also simple.
Living in a small apartment or studio is impractical for a joint family. Moreover, the three-bedroom apartments also feel crowded when relatives come by. So, if you are considering relocating to different locations, research properly before investing in one.
