Ratings and Reviews
I’ve never been to the Umm Suqeim before, but I’m glad I got to check it out. The area is amazing! The old architecture buildings are kept in well-preserved condition. Many shops and restaurants are there in the area so you can find something to do while you’re there.
I love beaches, so I wanted to buy a property in Umm Suqeim 1. The rent is at a high end, and I was thinking about whether I made the right decision, but it turns out I made the right choice. The villa is amazing, and the beach is within walking distance, so I visit there daily to listen to the water waves crashing.
One of the best things I like about the locality is the nearby amenities, especially the hospital, and clinic. I have a baby, so going to the doctor for a check-up during an emergency is easy.
There are no apartments available in the neighbourhood, and it does not make sense to live in a villa as an individual. The property values are costly, and most of the apartment buildings are in development, but overall, the locality is gorgeous and serene.
I love going out on weekends with my friends, and there are ample leisure activities and famous places to visit in my free time in Umm Suqeim 1. The public transport is great, and the places are nearby, so we do not have to spend much time travelling.
