Tough to commute to other parts of the city.

Our house at Al Warqa 1 is a byword for luxurious living in expansive, natural settings. The benefits of residing here, however, are only applicable to the neighbourhood. While being connected to other areas of Dubai via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Awir Road, Al Warqa has fewer options for public transport. Al Warqa is not very near Dubai Metro or Tram stations. Nevertheless, there are a few bus stops nearby.

Overall a nice locality but with limited swimming pools

Living at Al Warqa 1 has been wonderful for us since the neighbourhood provides many amenities for its residents. Over the past two years, there haven’t been any parking issues. However, most of the buildings lack swimming pools. Additionally, a few of the community’s pools are either closed for maintenance or being repaired. It’s crucial to consider this if you enjoy swimming in the summer.
