Like most of Sharjah’s neighbourhoods, Maysaloon is a residential neighbourhood serving a serene lifestyle to families. Due to limited freehold properties, it was tough to buy a house here. However, Maysaloon provided us with ample options for relatively affordable rental houses. Our home is well-equipped with the latest appliances, and the interiors are to die for!
Living in Maysaloon is peaceful and vibrant. Despite the streets not being as packed as in some other areas of Sharjah, we frequently celebrate events with the nearby communities as happy residents. Many public outdoor music, food, and festival events happen near Al Khan Beach and Maysaloon Park. However, the neighbourhood does not offer any nightlife options and most stores nearby close by 9 pm.
Since we began house hunting in Sharjah, we anticipated Maysaloon’s apartment buildings to have an exceptional architectural design. The layout of the neighbourhood, with its symmetrical villas and orderly parking spaces, is commendable. Unfortunately, noise is a typical issue in the area due to the events and significant road networks. However, the spectacular architecture and interior design are of the highest calibre.
Buying a house at Maysaloon was the best decision ever as we enjoy and live a contemporary lifestyle. The community is packed with several features which add to the feeling of wholeness and togetherness. We often visit the neighbouring facilities, such as The City Center, which recently marked World Health Day, for community events and social gatherings. Moreover, Al Qasba and Al Majaz Waterfront Park are well recognised for hosting annual entertainment events, including the renowned Sharjah Light Festival, perfect for a fun Sunday trip with family.
While everything at Maysaloon is bliss, the dusty surroundings are a hassle. Due to various active projects nearby, our house needs repetitive cleaning. Moreover, the construction keeps going all day, making the surroundings noisy.
