So, the locality is perfect for those who are looking for affordable housing options and have a private vehicle with them.
Al Jazzat is an excellent living area if you value convenience and comfort. The grocery store is nearby, and the mall is close to the neighbourhood. It is easy to stock up on household items and do children’s shopping.
Al Jazzat contains some goods in the locality. When I moved here, I was worried about my children’s education. However, I had no difficulty finding a school for both of my children. I found some schools providing quality education at a little bit of a high school fee, but they are at a close distance, so it does not matters.
Al Jazzat has some serious maintenance issues. The neighbourhood lacks greenery, which is a negative point regarding the community, but there is no maintenance. The roads and pathways are dirty, and it is not good. Al Jazzat Park is nearby, one of the best things in the neighbourhood.
With so much traffic around the locality, it becomes unsafe to travel on the road. Moreover, rash driving is one of the things I am scared of, and there is so much rash driving on the nearby roads I’m not particularly eager to send my children on the roads.
