The Al Khezamia neighbourhood is extremely nice, and the neighbours are friendly. Within one month of moving here, I was friends with the neighbours, and it was easy to mix with the community. Sometimes, as a community, we go to a place to spend a weekend together.
After spending more than two years in COVID packed in an apartment, we thought it was better to move to spacious villas. There would be more open space and a garden area where children can play freely without any problems. Al Khezamia offered some of the best properties with ample amenities. Moreover, the rent for the villa was a little higher than the apartment we used to live in, so it was not an issue.
I have to travel overseas frequently, so I thought of finding a home nearby for my family from the airport is easily accessible. Finding affordable and spacious villas in Sharjah for the family was tough. However, I found the best four-bedroom apartment at Al Khezamia, perfect for my family and my trips.
I recently rented a villa in Al Khezamia, and within my months of moving here, the issues are coming up in the property. There is leakage, and the villa’s air conditioning does not work properly. I have talked to the owner, but he’s reluctant to resolve the issue. I don’t know what to do.
