Being a resident of Al Barsha South 1 for more than a year, I have found the neighbourhood fairly handy and quiet. The location is excellent, with convenient access to main roads and public transit. It is quite handy since several supermarkets, restaurants, and other conveniences are nearby.
Al Barsha mostly has villas and studios, so I didn’t consider moving here. However, with several off-plan projects offering one and two-bedroom apartments, I didn’t hesitate to buy an apartment here for my nuclear family. Al Barsha South 1 is a reputed and safe locality that provides easy access to all amenities. That’s why I bought an apartment here.
I’ve lived in Al Barsha South 1 for a few years, and it’s a decent neighbourhood. However, Al Khail Road is nearby, and my house is close to the main roadway; constant traffic noises and air pollution exist. Moreover, there is always dust in the surrounding, no matter how much I clean the surroundings.
I recently relocated to Al Barsha South 1, and my initial impressions have been mixed. The neighbourhood includes several wonderful attractions, such as retail malls and entertainment centres, perfect for mingling and spending time with family and friends. But, I have observed that the cost of living in the region is fairly expensive, and it can be difficult to locate cheap housing choices.
As an Al Barsha South 1 resident, I am quite satisfied with this neighbourhood. It is a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood with all the conveniences for a happy lifestyle. The villas and apartments here are large, well-maintained, and equipped with contemporary amenities.
