Rawdhat is close to several amenities. However, the key feature of the neighbourhood is the lush green community parks and playgrounds, making a happy play-time for my children. The tall green trees in the neighbourhood make for a perfect landscape view for our balconies.
Numerous villas and thoughtfully planned parking areas are a common sight at Rawdhat. Even my house has a huge garage with all the facilities. However, as many busy projects are nearby, we frequently have noise and dust problems. Once the area has fully developed, we hope the issue is solved.
Our home in Rawdhat is among my best investments since it has high-quality fixtures and furnishings. However, as the area is still being developed, the suburb is far from many of Abu Dhabi’s entertainment hotspots. Public transportation is a lifesaver, but erratic bus schedules can make it challenging for commuters to get to work on time.
