The apartments are elegant and well-planned. The facilities and amenities are excellent; the best part is the location. Living by the beach was always what I wished for, and Al Qasba made it a reality.
I recently relocated to Rose Towers in Al Qasba. Everything here is near perfection. My apartment is close to the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. There is even a pool and a fitness centre! It was worth the investment.
Everything about the area is perfect except that it lacks connectivity with the metro. Moreover, I have to walk for around 15 minutes to catch a bus, which becomes tedious.
I felt that living here was a great decision. I run a restaurant nearby, so my choice was obvious. At first, I was concerned about schooling options for the kids, but this place covers it all. I am happy to be here!
Since Al Qasba is a tourist hotspot and the area is premium, the high rent rates were apparent. So you need to spend some extra bucks here. However, if you consider the ambience and feel of the place, high rates can be justified. So, the decision needs to be calculative.
