Nice Beach. Nice Sporty environment
Very nice beach with a huge area for a walk or run. Extremely large biking track in the cost area. Few caravan concepted cafes are available but over priced. There is a place called Marsana recently open with more activities and restaurants which will enhance the area further. Lot of sports courts are available but not operational as of now due to COVID. Nice place to have a small picnic as well. Would recommend for friends and family gatherings.

Open 24/7 but no swimming from sunset. Security and lifeguards are friendly and helpful with question. Some lifeguards can be a little whistle happy but it also shows they are attentive and aware. Male section is full of stained and dirty lounger cushions which isn’t great as the other family and couples areas are great and clean. Various food trucks and coffee trucks on site are great as well. Changing and shower facilities are clean and spacious.

One of my favourite open beaches in UAE.. It’s very clean, spacious and not crowded. Many interesting food trucks. Courts for football, basketball and volleyball in addition to cycling tracks. Entry to water is allowed only until sunset, but you can enter the beach till 10 pm.

It is a great island for family as well for triathlete. Families can go for MX Park, Splash Park, High Ropes Park, and Skate Park. More advanced version OCR Park. 10km/5km/3km of uninterrupted cycling track along the seashore, one can bring his own cycle or rent one from Yas cycle. 600m of open water swimming, free sitting areas. Food tracks near the entrance and restaurants in Marasana area makes it comfortable. It is must visit for family prefer to be outdoor and be fit.

Perfect place for sunrise and sunset photos
While most people go the Al Hudayriyat Island Beach for swimming, I thought I’d recommend it to photographers just to take sunrise and sunset photos. This a perfect place to capture the sun – of course you can stay whole day if you want, enjoy the beach while waiting for the sun to set. Aside from swimming, one can enjoy running, cycling as there are tracks. Also, there are basketball, volleyball, soccer courts. Take note though, that the beaches for swimming opens at 7 am. And due to the pandemic, it may take time for you to enter. But for photo enthusiasts, this is a must go visit in Abu Dhabi especially if you are into sunrise/sunset photography.
