Ratings and Reviews
I’ve lived in Dubai World Central for a few months, and it’s been a nice experience overall. The neighbourhood is pretty peaceful, and the facilities are nice as well. However, the lack of public transportation and distance from the city centre might make reaching some of the city’s most famous attractions difficult.
As a Dubai World Central resident, I like the community’s cleanliness and maintenance. The neighbourhood has few food and entertainment options, and the shopping centres can be lacking. In addition, the lack of a close metro station can often make it difficult to go about. The EXPO 2020 metro station on the red line is under-development, and Dubai Investment Park Metro Station 2 is 19 minutes away.
The community’s cleanliness, serenity, and security significantly benefit me. I also love the abundance of conveniences, such as stores and schools, which make a living in this area quite convenient.
Dubai World Central is home to several off-plan projects that will increase Dubai’s real estate market. All these projects, with their contemporary residential units and several amenities, will cater to the growing population in Dubai. If someone wants to invest, Dubai World Central has ample opportunities.
Luckily, I work in Dubai World Central and found a small residential unit here. It made my life so much easier. Otherwise, I had to travel a long distance to my workplace and was always exhausted.
