• Duration of Ride

However, to complete the entry process, visitors must reach the venue 30-60 minutes prior.  Before entering, visitors can also buy snacks and beverages or visit the washrooms because there are no washrooms inside the cabin. 

• Closure Update

Due to the periodic enhancement works, Dubai Eye will remain shut throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan, reopening only for the Eid weekend. However, a new update now states that the temporary closure will be extended through the summer months. As of now, the new reopening date has not been declared. But once the Ain Dubai opening date is set, a further announcement will be made on Ain Dubai’s official website.

Private cabins can easily be customised as per events like birthdays, corporate functions, weddings, ceremonies, etc. The private cabins has the capacity of accommodating only 10 guests and offer dining experiences as well.

How to Reach Ain Dubai?

Ain Dubai’s location from the airport can be covered through the following three ways:

• By Bus

From Dubai International Airport, you can take Sky Bus and reach the Hilton Jumeirah Hotel in approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. From there, you can either book a taxi that will take 10-15 minutes to drop you off at Ain Dubai or you can also cover a distance of 2 km by foot. 

• By Metro

By boarding the metro from Dubai Airport Terminal 3, you can reach Jumeirah Lakes Towers in nearly 45 minutes. From there, you can either book a taxi and reach Ain Dubai within 15-20 minutes or cover a distance of 3.2 km by foot.

• By Taxi

The most hassle-free way to reach Dubai Eye is by taxi. You can directly book a taxi from the Dubai Airport (DXB) and reach Ain Dubai within 1 hour.
