This building lies in the World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi complex along with other two skyscrapers namely Hotel Tower and Trust Tower. The World Trade Centre is located on Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed on First Street. The construction of this colossal building took 8 long years from 2007 to 2014. This supertall structure was announced to be the tallest structure in the city in 2014 only. Moreover, this building also ranked the UAE’s fifth, seventh and 34th tallest structure in the UAE, the Middle East and the world respectively.

It was also declared the 16th and 57th highest in the Middle East and the world respectively.

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is a state-owned oil company founded in 1971. It is a commercial tower that features the base in a parallelogram shape. This building comprises receptions, restrooms and conference spaces in its South. Eco-friendly engineering technology has been used to design this exquisite building. It features a double-glazed façade that keeps it efficient in energy and protects it from harsh sunlight. There are more than 65 floors, a heritage museum, Centre for Crisis Management and Corniche Club within the building complex.

The third tallest building in Abu Dhabi, The Landmark stands tall at 324 metres and thus, truly justifies its name. Located on 8th Street, this building complex comprises both commercial as well as residential units. The construction of the towering Landmark Tower Abu Dhabi was started in 2006. It took 8 years to build this striking skyscraper. There are 77 floors in the building that include 5 basement levels. The Landmark is the 3rd tallest building in the emirate. Besides, it also ranked the UAE’s 19th tallest skyscrapers. It has also been declared the 21st and 83rd tallest building in the Middle East and in the world respectively. 

Lying on Abu Dhabi Corniche Promenade, The Landmark offers incredible Arabian Gulf views and beautiful vistas of the islands in proximity. This building has been designed using environment-friendly engineering technology and features numerous layered screens that shield the building from harsh sunlight. Inspired from the shape of a 12-sided dodecagon, majorly used in the heritage and art of Islam, The Landmark features a geometrical shape. There is a well-designed sky garden on the top of the tower as well.

There are two more residential towers in the complex, Etihad Towers namely Tower 4 and Tower 5. However, Etihad Tower 2 is the tallest among all five towers in the complex. There is a hotel and a residential mix in Tower 1 whereas there are offices in Tower 3.

Sky Tower Abu Dhabi is the 29th and 35th tallest building in the UAE and the Middle East respectively. Aldar Properties developed the Sun and Sky Tower together. 

The skyscraper features crystals in its façade that reflect sunlight. The building has been designed in the shape of an elliptical using an engineering technology that reduces wind resistance. The Sky Tower has 74 floors comprising commercial as well as residential spaces, both for rent. The rooms designed here open into each other to provide air circulation. The current annual average price of a rented 1-Bedroom Unit in the Sky Tower is AED 75k. It is AED 115k for a 2-Bedroom Apartment.
